Veena Jetti
Veena Jetti is the founding partner of Vive Funds, a unique commercial real estate firm that specializes in curating conservative opportunities for investors. Veena brings a dynamic perspective to targeting, acquiring, managing, and operating assets using best practices combined with cutting edge technologies. Veena also leads a Facebook Community called Mastering Multifamily with Veena Jetti.
After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Finance at 20 years old, she pursued her passion for real estate. Veena has over a decade of real estate experience and over $1B+ in multifamily transactions in her own portfolio.

Tommy Harr is a 29-year-old home inspector turned real estate investor. By the time he was 27 he was financially free and a millionaire through real estate investing.
Tommy has been in real estate for 6 years. After college, he jumped full-time into his Dad's home inspection company. During that time he 5x'd revenue, systemized the business, and inspected over 5000 houses. Using that knowledge, he has renovated over 150 houses to flip OR to keep as rentals using the BRRRR method.
